The Fly Trap’s Red Chile Salmon Burgers
Recipe for Red Chile Salmon Burger

Makes 8, 6 oz. Patties
3lbs. Salmon Meat
1 Tablespoon Sambal Oelek
1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
Grind all of the above in a food processor. Sautee in skillet, or char-grill, in 1 Tablespoon Olive oil over medium heat, flipping once until desired temperature. Enjoy!
