Thai Bistro’s: BBQ Ribs
2 1/2 lb. baby back ribs
2 tsp. thin soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine
Pinch of black pepper
Chinese broccoli or spinach (side)
- Clean ribs and cut into five or six pieces.
- Mix all ingredients well and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
- Put ribs in a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Serve with stir-fried Chinese broccoli or spinach.
